"For my summer trip to Xi'an, after browsing numerous online guides, I settled on the Orange Hotel. As a first-timer to Xi'an, I followed online recommendations to stay near the Bell Tower, and it was unbelievably convenient – everything for exploring and dining was right downstairs. I had worried the facilities might be outdated, but to my pleasant surprise, they were all modern smart facilities, incredibly clean, and very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even helped us with a room upgrade. Even though the hotel is located in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent. We stayed for two nights and slept incredibly well. I'll definitely be back for a second visit! The breakfast buffet was very fresh and offered good value for money. The photos I've shared are all from exploring the Bell Tower area. I actually forgot to take any pictures of the hotel facilities, but I'll make sure to next time!"

"The facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite."

"Overall, the hotel is fantastic, with a pretty good location. It's exceptionally well-suited for families traveling with children; everything from the service to the hardware and software amenities ensures a very comfortable stay. Initially, I only booked for one night. After I offered some minor suggestions for improvement during a follow-up call, the duty manager promptly came to our room to personally ask for detailed feedback and even offered us complimentary breakfast. Their service attitude was truly outstanding. Impressed by our experience, we extended our stay for another four nights, and we even received a room upgrade based on availability. The overall service was exceptional. Traveling with a small baby, we asked housekeeping for extra water, and they provided it without any hesitation. I was especially touched by the housekeeping staff that day; they even left a personalized note and mosquito repellent patches for us – it was such a warm and thoughtful gesture. The lobby staff were also incredibly helpful, always assisting us with our luggage whenever we were getting in or out of a car, especially with a baby in tow. What's more, at check-out, they even extended our check-out time to allow our baby to nap, which was incredibly thoughtful. This truly made me feel that the hotel operates with a generous and customer-centric approach, rather than being petty or stingy. When traveling with a baby, safety and cleanliness are always our top priority, and exceptional, thoughtful service is an unbeatable bonus. This hotel, overall, is far superior to the Meliá hotels I've experienced in other cities (which was why I initially only booked one night, as previous Meliá stays had been disappointing; I'm actually not sure if Gran Meliá and Meliá belong to the same group). It earns massive bonus points from us! Next time I visit Xi'an, I will absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly, highly recommended for families with babies!!!"

"Hotel is 15 walk from the metro. It is easy to find. Employees are very nice. The employee was nice to allow me to check in early. I really appreciate it. They tried to help me as much as possible. The room is extremely clean. One thing I didn’t not like is the smoke smell of the hallway."

"The whole hotel smells like oranges. The room is just like the picture. The bed is very comfortable. The room is smart. You can turn on and off the equipment by calling Xiaodu. There is also a refrigerator to keep some drinks cold. There is a subway entrance outside. There are many restaurants nearby. The service is also very good. The breakfast is also very good. It is a very comfortable hotel"

"Biggest bed that i have seen. Breakfast is good with many special food in xian.  The hotel is value for money Location is around 20mins from key tourist spots. Only issue is wifi is not stable "

"I came to Xi'an and stayed at Wall Inn Chang'an near the city wall again. It felt like home. The housekeeper was as enthusiastic as ever. The bed and pillows in the B&B were so so so comfortable. It is so important to have a good night's sleep. I really want to ask if I can buy the same ones. It was Valentine's Day and when I returned to the room at night, I saw the roses and Ferrero Rocher chocolates carefully prepared by the housekeeper. It was so sweet! All toiletries are Jo Loves by Jo Malone. The digital shower system has a lot of water and displays the bath water temperature in real time. You can adjust it to your favorite temperature every time without having to try hot and cold. The location is inside the north gate of the city wall and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. Anyway, I will live here permanently when I come to Xi'an in the future!"

There is a big dog called Denmark in the store, and the daughter is reluctant to go with the dog the next day.
